THE FIBRE CO. CUMBRIA FINGERING

$31.50

Clear

60% merino wool, 30% masham wool, 10%mohair.

Masham sheep have been bred for over a century on the hill farms in the Northern Counties of England. Masham wool is a longwool with a good degree of lustre, traditionally a good choice for projects that need to be robust.

The Fibre co. Cumbria fingering the lighter weight version of their popular Cumbria, a lustrous blend of brown masham wool from rare breed sheep, fine South American merino wool, and mohair. The resulting light brown-grey shade is over dyed creating deep saturated colours.

Cumbria Fingering is a staple yarn. It combines the best breeds of wool and lustrous mohair, resulting in a yarn worthy of all your projects.
